"I had an amazing experience working with Yajaira Pozo at State Farm. She took the time to walk me through all of my options, explain the coverages in detail, and compare them to the policy I currently had with GEICO.
Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but she also went above and beyond by helping me through the cancellation process with GEICO. After GEICO increased my premium by without a clear explanation, I was frustrated and looking for alternatives. Yajaira was able to provide me with a policy that was over $120 less per month and offered significantly better coverage.
What impressed me most was how thoroughly she explained everything and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. My new State Farm policy is an upgrade in every way, and I feel much more confident knowing I have better coverage at a better price.
