"I had a great experience with Douglas Stallworth at this location. Unfortunately, the insurance company I was with prior for home owners drastically raised my rates out of nowhere. I called this State Farm location and Douglas immediately started working on a quote for me. He was very communicative throughout the process and answered any questions I had. I even ended up switching my car insurance so I could bundle them together. I am very pleased with the team at this location. I got a follow up phone call to make sure my experience was a great one. I know I made the right choice with State Farm and I am very happy to know that I have my actual Agent right down the street from me. If you are in need of a new Insurance company, make sure you give this location a call. They will take care of you!"

"I regret to inform potential customers of my disappointing experience with the customer service at this StateFarm location, specifically with agents Dulce Castaneda and Jacky Barraza. I have been a loyal StateFarm customer for over five years, appreciating the service provided by my former agent, Stephanie. However, since the transition to new agents, Dulce Castaneda and Jacky Barraza, my experience has drastically declined. My concerns are as follows: 1) Lack of Proactive Communication: Unlike my previous agent, these agents did not inform me of upcoming price increases. Their response to my inquiries about this was dismissive. 2) Inattention to Customer Needs: There has been a noticeable lack of effort to review my coverages or discuss potential eligibility for new discounts. Conversations often end abruptly, leaving me with unresolved queries. 3) Unprofessional Attitude: Specifically, my interactions with Jacky Barraza have been particularly disheartening. The tone and manner in which I was addressed did not align with the professional standards I previously experienced with StateFarm. I urge StateFarm management to consider monitoring interactions at this location to ensure that all customers receive the respectful and attentive service they deserve. As a customer who pays a premium for insurance services, I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer care, which has unfortunately not been met in my recent experiences."

"I love my local State Farm office...everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, the rates will surprise you if you haven't looked at this company in a while, and the service has been amazing for me for 4 years now...couldn't ask for better, they understand and explain and customize everything with efficiency and cheerfulness. I also know that this office has a number of active volunteer and humanitarian efforts, especially involving the military. Insurance is one bill that almost everyone has, and this is one that I pay without grumbling because they keep it reasonable, and I know they pay it forward in massive ways in our local community. Thank you so, so much to the whole staff, and especially Dulce who is my go to gal by text or phone call, I never wait! Tha best!!"

"Jesse staff is very not knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. Very poor customer service as well as communication. I guess this all depends to certain customers. I’ve been with Statefarm for 25 years since they took over Bill Remey customer it’s been downhill ever since. I will be seeking a new agent as well as file a complaint."
