I called State Farm to speak with someone regarding my bill because it was too high. I could pay it; however, I didn’t understand why it had increased so much.

Well, I spoke with Dulce. She was horrible. Lol. Kidding. Only kidding.
Seriously, she was amazing! Smart, explained things down to where even I can under much better about what I’m paying for specifically, then even broke each facet of my insurance down even further.

She was so good, that I was happy paying my high ass bill. Haha

All kidding aside. She’s a very professional and extremely helpful State Farm Representative.
If she could become my assigned Rep, that would be fine because she knows her stuff and can make it plain for me and she’s fast on top of providing supreme service.
